Documents Needed:

• Copies of pay stubs for each applicant, reflecting the most recent 30 days of income
• Last 2 years of W-2s
• Last 2 years of tax returns
• 60 days of bank statements, or other assets, to cover down payment, closing costs and reserve requirement
• Proof of pension income, if applicable
• Social Security and Disability payments, if applicable
• VA only, copy of DD-214, if applicable

Self Employed

• The last 2 years of taxes, this will be used to determine income
• If using bank statements to determine income, 12-24 months are required

• 60 days of bank statements, or other assets, to cover down payment, closing costs and reserve requirements
